Mr. Bakke was the unlucky student who just happened to take to to the school and wasn’t admitted due to the fact that he wasn’t a minority. All the positions were filled and regardless if he had better grades and test scores then most the minorities, the fact that there was limited space due to ethnical race make his chances zero to none at the college. In the end Bakke sues the school and wins his trial, he forcefully made his way into the college.
