For this article, I initially came up with the title of, The Ultimate Balance surrounded by Work and purport; Do Men Have a Better handle on this than Women? After researching the title and exercise the abstracts of what came up, I had to change the title to What is the meaning of Work/Life Balance and how do you obtain it? This issuance of exert/ breeding balance caught my eye because this is something I have always struggled with and so have many people around me. When I get-go started my research, I was hoping to find articles and/or studies done on the battle between males and females and how each handles the balancing of work and biography. I was hoping to as well find outcomes that women would havea better handle than males when it comes to a two promote home setting. What I did find was the meaning of work/ action balance, tips on how to achieve a good work/life balance and how different each gender, race, class and identities are when it comes to work values.
