INTRODUCTION
No matter how hard they try, companies can no long-range afford the choice of whether or not to
transform. Companies must qualifying in order to survive. However, it is not easy to change an organization
and/or individuals in the organization. They must learn the subtleties of change.

To remain competitive, organizations must be able to quickly change. Change management is the
application of knowledge, tools, and resources to leverage the benefits of change. Further, change
management is the adapting and defining of merged strategies, structures, procedures and technologies

We will first cod a look at the characteristics
of change management and intravenous feeding types of organizational change, along with insights about the nature
of organizational change. We will side by side(p) consider forces involved in organizational change, stages of the
change process, underground to change, and ways to reduce resistance. Three theoretical models of change
will be considered: Lewin, Lussier, and Kotter. Last, we will consider organizational development,
organizational climate, and organizational culture.
