The company is now utilising their internal resources to produce higher productivity to gain competitive advantage, the effects have led to fourth-year directors reducing overheads to maximise profits, these pressures inevitably bring about change. This all leads to working exceptionally long hours as well as striving to reach unrealistic targets.
