Based on a arrangement exam we took before starting classes at Le Chatelard, I found myself in the advanced french class. The dean refused my collect to be placed in the intermediate class. Whew! Lots of move around to do to keep up with my classmates. Ahh… once I went to trigonometry class, I was relaxed again. Math was my language, my comfort zone.
Most hebdomadends had structured activities, unless two were free weekends. We had a chance to visit a place of our choice (as long as we would be practicing French or English). My friends and I decided to visit Berlin, and I volunteered to plan the trip. There were many details to arrange for octad girls; I purchased round-trip airline tickets, train tickets to get us to the airport and I reserved a shuttle to take us to the hotel. I also reserved tickets for a tour of Berlin and planned our radicals itinerary.
