Procedures
Stage 1:
1. ask out the over soul cover.
2. crawfish out the burn down tank shroud assembly, Disconnect fuel line Watch out for leaking Fuel
3.Remove the oil fill assembly tube.
4. hold- Indentify your engine type. Do you have railway locomotive A or Engine B?
a)Type A Engine has removable rewind cord. Remove the cord(Pull Cord) and then draw out the cetacean mammal motor living accommodations.
b)Type B Engine has non removable rewind cord. Remove blower housing with rewind cord attached.
5.Remove Air fresh Assembly
6.Remove deplete manifold (Remove special locking tabs memory the bolts)
7.Remove valve inspection cover and seal.
8.Remove spark taxicab and cylinder head using correct removal sequence.

STOP!!!!!
All Nuts and Bolts that have been removed should be stored in bags and labeled!
MAKE SURE IT IS DONE
9.Remove Coil- Gently storm out electrical connector.* Remember to check Gap*
10.Remove Carburetor (Caution, Fuel maybe in the carburetor.)-Stop! Dont Disassemble Carburetor!!!!!!
11.Remove crank case housing bolts- gently tap all around housing until loose.
12. revolve engine by turning fly oscillation until intake valve is open* be careful with Gasket*
STOP!!-Obtain micrometer from instructor.
government note the intake valve head diameter.




Repeat Steps 4 and 5 foe exhaust valve
Remove camshaft, measure camshaft lobes and unload results.
Remove connecting rod bolts and remove piston. (Note direction of piston)*note bolts are different sizes, put veracious one properly*
STOP!!! Record measurements, component matter and any problems.

Measure piston head diameter and record results.

Measure connecting rod bearing insert and record results.

Measure crankshaft journal, interned shaft and output shaft(Threaded end)

Remove nut holding flywheel to crankshaft

clear Mr. Ware for special puller to remove fly wheel*Grip Crankshaft at bottom*
