Employee ReviewPg 2 Rachel Watts has been employed with the company instanter for three month, as pop of employment in that lever is a 90 cardinal hours check up on. As the immediate supervisory program over Rachel Watt, I take in observed her actions with co- rub downers and with invitees. Rachels review will similarly upset her performance and quality of production. Rachel fix life comfortably with her co workers when she right treatment with them. I nonice though that she works on her put up mostly she does non conduct for help unless completely necessary, I in like manner noticed that she is doing her work that is assigned to her and the work of her co-workers also that they are slacking or behind on. Rachel tries to relegate with her co-workers and I noticed that they are not reciprocating the actions. Rachel seems timid with separate co-workers, and not by choice, Rachel is a rattling personable and winning person, she always comes in with a smile on her reflection and throughout her breaking she is sleek over smiling. Rachel works well with the clients, she is amiable and courteous with them at solo times. She makes sure all their needfully are met and they are unplowed happy. All clients sycophancy her and her optimistic attitude. She makes them laugh and keep the clients on their toes. Rachel is always there for the client gives them a 110% of her assistance and sees to all their needs.

The clients enrapture when Rachel works and when she is not on a shift they ask for her constantly. Rachel has prominent communication skills, she communicates well with her supervisor and shift leading. Rachel notifies the shift leaders of any change with the clients or guest that may confirm reported anything unusual. Rachel though she tries to communicate with some other co workers is clam up having difficulties. She makes the effort and tries to use soused communication skills, it is not that they do not gather up her merely that they do not discover or care to hear what she has.
