Email is an extremely popular form of communication in both the business and personal communication landscapes, but it shag oft lead to major problems if the underlying tone of the e-mail message is misinterpreted at one end (Marc & Angel, 2007). The intent of the email is not completely clear with regards to the pertinent details omitted from the email. The greeting is addressed to the sender and the date of the email is not included. Furthermore, the recipient role is left to determine the actual date the event testament occur, and the address of the Café. A contribution has been requested; however, the level of present it is not determined, and the timeline to respond is also unknown.
