While taking the Business Ethics course, I read about a bus of fire topics. However, there was one topic that was the most interesting to me because I realise experienced challenges in the workforce. The work arse of straight off is being shaped by a global and an parsimony that is working within its own. With these changes there has been a siz up to(p) shock absorber on every aspect of the workforce and thrift. The world has been overwhelmed by forms of work organization such as, downsizing and work production. The economy does non understand what those actions are having on the health and eudaemonia of the workforce. I believe that directlys workforce impart become more diverse in nature in the years to come. The workforce will consist of more women, cured and racially diverse, all of which will face challenges with the ever so changing global economy.
First I would like to talk about the challenges that women face in the workforce. in that respect are many women today that choose to have a family and a career. I view that one of the biggest challenges that women face in the workforce is being able to balance working with young tykeren. As a woman, I have personally had a lot of personal challenges in the workforce.
I started working when I was twenty-one years of ripen with a small child. I had to find ways to have my work schedule work around the daycare that my child was attending. I was less productive and I found it extremely difficult to balance work time. As a sustain; I found it very hard because I not only had an obligation to my child but also to my employer. There were many times, when I could not work because my child would get under ones skin sick and the daycare would not keep sick children. This hassle created lot problems for me with my employer. I was told many times, that I could leave my place of employment to pick up my sick child from daycare. I then had to decide what was the most important to me.
