The first read subsidization of English 101 is to read The Little, Brown Handbook pages 138- 143.When I received the assignment I was not to happy that I did the training the same night, In my mind I through let me get this over with. My teacher mentions that we should go through this process of scanning and some other things hardly I didnt catch it all. I just pickaxe the book up turn to the page and started education the pages.
slice reading the six pages I learned rough techniques of exact reading, writing while reading, previewing the material, and reading. Most of what I read about was already cover in High School save it seem like this English book covered to a greater extent and it provided more detail on each subject.
I give tongue to to myself this book is more hands on and its not only telling me how to do things but its as well helping me by showing more than one expamle.
later on reading over the assignment I close the book, the reading wasnt as bad, I through it was going to be worst. I really do not enjoy reading unless its a magazine or a soundly book that catches my interest. I realize it is something I nominate to do but no one said I have to like doing it.
