First level: Physiological Needs which consist of oxygen, food, water, body temperature, and also the need to be active to embossment and sleep. These needs are the strongest needs because if a person were deprived of all needs, the physiological ones would come showtime in the persons search for satisfaction (Janet A. Simons, Donald B. Irwin & Beverly A. Drinnien). I deliver accomplished this level of needs, I get enough oxygen and food my body temperature is usually normal since Im rarely sick. I get lots of rest and sleep and I could be active more.
Since I have accomplished the first level I can directly move to the second level: Safety Needs. This need for things that bounce on self-esteem, personal worth, social recognition and accomplishment from the environment.
Adults have little awareness of their security needs in time of emergency or periods of disorganization in the social social structure ( such as widespread rioting) (Janet A. Simons, Donald B. I havent met all the needs in this level I do not have a job at the moment so therefore I dont have health insurance, but I do have a foundation in a safe neighborhood which Im comfortable with.
Third level: Needs of Love, Affection and Belongingness. Maslow considered these needs to be less basic than physiological and security needs. Relationships such as friendships, romantic attachments and families help fulfill this need for ships company and acceptance, as does involvement in social, community or religious groups (Kendra Cherry, About.com Guide).
